  • A $500 down payment is required to initiate the hiring process.

  • The balance is due 7 days after the new hire accepts your offer.

  • The first step after you engage Onshorers is a 60-minute CandidateProfiling meeting with the hiring manager from your team. We will work with any job description or role requirements that you have already prepared, and conduct a thorough discovery process to identify the requirements, skills, attributes, and personality traits of candidates that are most likely to be a great fit for your role.

  • We will advise you in advance on the compensation range to expect for the role, and also will provide guidance and expectations for each candidate we present to you. This will vary by skills/experience and the location of the candidate.

  • Our process is designed to help you interview and select a great candidate who will start with you within 30 days.

  • We expect to deliver the best 2-3 candidates to you within 2 weeks for your internal interviews.

  • Onshorers will continue to provide candidates for interview to the client until a successful hire. Our pre-selection process is designed to streamline this process to find a great fit in the 1st or 2nd batch of candidates.

  • At Onshorers, we offer an industry leading 180 day re-hire guarantee. If your new hire doesn't last 180 days (whether by your choice or theirs), we will debrief with you what went wrong and then provide additional candidates until you find a suitable replacement.

  • Onshorers will deliver candidates ready to work the hours you require. Whether you need support during your regular business hours or overnight (in your time zone), we can source qualified candidates ready to work. While outside of the Unites States, many candidates may be in a similar time zone to you.

  • Yes, Onshorers recruits great candidates with excellent English communication skills. We will discuss this in our Candidate Profiling meeting.

  • Onshorers is currently focused in Eastern Europe and Central and South America. As we add local presence we expect to expand to Asia. We believe having local hiring managers is important to understanding local norms and ensuring the highest caliber candidates.

  • First and foremost, each candidate is evaluated against the required skill set, experience, and any relevant qualifications outlined in the role description. During the interview process, we conduct extensive testing to assess both soft and hard skills relevant to the position. Candidates are evaluated on their verbal and written communication skills, as well as any technical requirements, to ensure they can be successful in the role for which they are hired. As a hiring manager, you will have open access to the results of our assessments for all final candidates we present to you at the end of the process.

  • Yes, you can. We can provide guidance on market rates for roles similar to yours along with candidate expectations. The final agreement is between you and the candidate directly.

  • Yes, all employment agreements and contracts are directly between you and the candidate, but we can help by providing templates and best practices we have seen be most successful with other clients.

  • There are various methods to move money internationally, and it depends on the country of the remote team member. Wise, Remitly, and other transfer applications are the most commonly used in the industry.

  • There is no right or wrong answer. You can pay the offshore employees whatever you agreed upon with them.

  • It depends on you and your business. You can track and monitor the hours spent working via Time Doctor application.

  • Some employers choose to offer such equipment, but it is not required. Candidates we present will generally have the most common technology required to work remotely. We will clarify what each candidate already owns, and you can confirm details during your internal interviews.

  • At this time we do not have a pre-screened candidate pool.
